About
An endless get it done mentality helped me navigate life’s challenges by teaching me resilience—but also left my body tense and unanchored. My journey into yoga began in 2015 with a 200-hour vinyasa training in Costa Rica with Sacred Brooklyn. I’m now working towards an additional 300-hour certificate in yoga and biomechanics with Jules Mitchell (2025). I am also inspired by trauma-informed technique, Feldenkrais, and all forms of dance.
Every movement you execute contains possibility- and the story of the wild intelligence of your body. The classes and experiences I design provide a lush space for creativity, self-inquiry and intentional movement—an invitation to explore, unwind, and reconnect.
